PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

What's Required to Participate?

To participate in our Mountain Strong platform as a provider, you must hold a Masters, Doctoral or Medication Management behavioral health degree license in the state of Colorado. 

Qualifying licenses include:

Licensed Psychologist (LP),
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LFMT),
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC),
Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD),
Licensed Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Mountain Strong does reserve the right to decline or terminate any providers in our network at anytime.

If you live outside of Colorado – not a problem!  We are happy to help facilitate getting you licensed in Colorado, as well as your home state.
