Resources for Senior Care

Our mission is to connect family caregivers of older adults to resources and respite that will empower them to be the best caregivers they can be.  Caregiver Connections was initiated in 2011 by a group of caregivers and other invested individuals in response to the need for services and programs for older adults who require full-time care and their caregivers.

Brain Injury & Caregivers Support

The vision for Heads Up for Hope provides its members with a safe, supportive, “trigger free” environment that allows for sharing personal experiences, obstacles, treatments, and resources with others on the same path, to assist with engaging in life.  Bringing our Valleys Brain Injured and their Caregivers together!

Various Peer Support Groups

Sharing experiences helps promote healing and we are here to listen to your unique story. Peer support will introduce you to resources for support, hope, wellness, and recovery. Connection has the power to save lives. We both host and collaborate with other amazing organizations to provide a variety of FREE peer support groups. Alcohol & Substance Use Peer Support

The RECONNECTED Recovery Peer Support and Advocacy Program will serve individuals with alcoholism/SUD in Eagle County who are interested in or seeking recovery.  Peer support creates a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their stories, receive validation, and gain practical guidance.
